We are committed to ensuring all our course registrants are satisfied.

Payment Policy

Prepayment at the time of registration is required in order to guarantee a space in your course.


Refund Policy

In the event you need to cancel your attendance in one of our courses, the following policy applies.

Registrants must cancel a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the first day of the course to receive a full refund. Registrants who cancel less than seven days prior to the first day of the course can receive a refund of the course value less a $15 administration fee. Registrants who fail to cancel prior to the start of their course will not be refunded.


Course Transfer

We will do our best to accommodate registrants unable to attend the course in which they registered.

We are happy to transfer registrants into another one of our scheduled course offerings free of charge with a minimum of seven (7) days notice prior to the start of their course. A $15 administrative fee applies to course transfers requested fewer than seven (7) days prior to the first day of the course.


Course Cancellation By

Should it be necessary for to cancel a course due to low enrollment or instructor illness, your registration will be transferred to another course at no charge or a full refund will be issued.


Course Certification Requirements

Canadian Red Cross certification is provided upon successful completion of the course. Participants are required to attend the entire class, and participation is mandatory. Participants are evaluated based on their ability to perform the first aid and CPR skills during the course, in addition to a written multiple choice test.

Refunds are not provided for unsuccessful completion of the certification requirements.
